Fun at the Fort

Try not laugh at my recap of the Fort.  I don't remember many details.  All I know is that Dave went there as a kid and anytime we get near St. Augustine he has to tell me about it.  So we finally went there.  It was huge.  At sometime the Spaniards were in there and then the British.  And then there was a siege and something like 2000 people lived in there for 50 days.   That is about all I remember.

They had a few draw bridges.  Very medieval. 

I found a secret room and it makes me look really tan.

Firing the cannon.  It took like 15 minutes for them to fire the cannon.  I think the enemy would have blown you up by then.
